I’m excited to launch JEST ASIANS, a recurring Asian comedy showcase series at Asia Society in New York, co-presented by The Humor Section and Asia Society.

This is part of my ongoing effort to build a global platform for Asian comedians, connecting voices from across cultures and bringing them to international stages.

Founded in Beijing in 2013, The Humor Section helped shape China’s early stand-up comedy scene. Now based in New York, I’m continuing that mission — creating opportunities for Asian comedians to be seen, heard, and recognized globally.

Asia Society is one of the world’s most influential cultural institutions focused on connecting Asia and the global community. Founded in 1956 and headquartered in New York, it presents high-profile programs in arts, culture, policy, and education, and serves as a major platform for international dialogue and cultural exchange.

With JEST ASIANS, we’re bringing together some of the strongest Asian comedic voices from around the world and the NYC scene — not just for one show, but as an ongoing series.

Each edition features a curated lineup of internationally recognized comedians, delivering bold, sharp, and globally relevant stand-up.

「JEST ASIANS」
